Jared and Lindsay have been inseperable for 19 years, and "tied the knot" in 2010. They currently live in Orlando, FL with their 9 year old princess, Georgia.
Jared appeared nightly in the original Broadway cast of CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY as Chocolate News reporter Jerry Jubilee, and he is the understudy for Willy Wonka played by two time Tony Award Winner Christian Borle.
Lindsay appeared nightly in the ensemble of international blockbuster WICKED for 15 years and was the understudy for Glinda the good witch.
Jared grew up learning to sing from his mother in church, but he got his volume from his father, the minister. He started doing musicals with his community theatre The Henry Players at age 11, and was hooked. Many shows followed in high school, and he recieved his professional training at Shorter College in Rome, GA. A 2001 BFA Musical Theatre graduate, Jared worked every year while in college in summer stock. Upon graduation, many shows followed with Disney Cruise Line, regional theatres from Maine to California, and eventually off-Broadway in the Tony Award honored Forbidden Broadway (cast album) and in the mega-hit Jersey Boys on Broadway, in Chicago, and across the country in the 1st National Tour. Jared originated the role of Jerry Jubilee in Charlie and the Chocolate factory, and was Christian Borle's understudy as Willy Wonka, as he appeared on the 2017 TONY AWARDS Live on CBS opposite Kevin Spacey. Jared was Douglas Sill's standby in Warner Brother's world premiere musical DAVE in 2018, and currently performs 15 times a week as BRUCE the Shark at Walt Disney World in FINDING NEMO: The Big, Blue and Beyond at Disney's Animal Kingdom.
Lindsay grew up in Chapel Hill NC, the daughter of a bankruptcy lawyer, and
a nurse practitioner. She began singing in her school chorus in the 4th grade, and
did her first musical, Big River, in the 9th grade at Chapel Hill High school.
After graduating from Elon University's BFA music Theatre program, she toured
the country as Maria in the national tour of The Sound of Music. After a year of "Do
Re Mi", she moved to NYC, did a lot of auditioning, multiple regional productions,
childrens theatre, Goodspeed Opera House, and then booked Wicked on Broadway, as the Glinda understudy,
and member of the ensemble. During the pandemic, Lindsay returned to Wicked to re-open the show on Broadway and appear on The Today Show, before moving to Orlando, FL. Currently, Lindsay appears 15 times a week at Walt Disney World in "FINDING NEMO: The Big, Blue, and Beyond" as "Peach" the starfish. She is most proud of her 9 year old daughter, Georgia.
